Every one of our made to measure sliding wardrobes are designed to create an ease free movement across the wardrobe track.
This is no different with the Rio range. Our top of the range sliding kit uses aluminium top and bottom wheels to compliment with the quality standard expected from the Rio range. The top mechanisms act as guides to locating the sliding door central to the track channel. This effective and practical method is done using a 2 wheel top guide, which centralises the door in the top track. The lubricated wheels then glide effortlessly across the aluminium tracking channel.
At the bottom of the Rio sliding door the bottom wheel is the weight bearing element of the sliding mechanism. Each wheel is designed using lubricated metal ball bearing to improve the glide of each door. The independent height adjustment screw allow you to increase the position of each sliding door by up to 20 mm. This wheel then fits into the track channel at the base of the wardrobe allowing for an easy movement across the durable bottom track
