Spring 2011 - New Look and Improved Quality

It has already been a great year for the Deane Direct team, who are pushing forward throughout 2011 to provide new and improved methods of design, manufacturing and delivery, setting their sights high for the next few months. We aim to improve methods relating to the ways sliding wardrobe orders are received and processed as well as working towards a shorter delivery schedule. This ensures we continually exceed the expectations of our customers with regards to service as well as maintaining our exceptional record for quality and finish.

Design

With a new look Wardrobe Wizard and Interior Wizard we have this year created a new ordering process, which makes the whole sliding wardrobe buying process extremely easy and rewarding for our customers. We have assessed and understood all customer feedback received within the past few months and adapted the Wardrobe Wizard to incorporate new functionality and improved texture quality to now show a larger picture together with a simple click and select system. The new wardrobe sliding door designer is quicker and easier to use compared to the previous drag and drop method, and is extremely fresh and realistic.

Mix this with a new selection of colour options, including Aubergine, Luminous Red, Floral Glass as well as Bronze Frosted Mirror and we feel our new look Wardrobe Wizard gives an exceptional amount of choice and is by far the easiest and most functional way of ordering sliding wardrobe doors online.

Manufacture

Our successful manufacturing process has always been a testament to the professionalism and skill of our trained staff, however at the start of 2011 we bought in a new production manager to assess the current processes and implement improvements, with an aim to reduce the time taken to despatch all sliding wardrobe doors while maintaining the high level of quality and finish our customers expect. Together with improved stock control and continual staff training we are now proud to boast a 2 week delivery turnaround to anywhere in mainland United Kingdom, stock permitting. Our concise methods of manufacturing have also improved levels of quality and ensure our customers receive the ideal sliding wardrobe doors built to the highest standards within an improved time frame.

Delivery

With delivery pick ups now taking place twice weekly we can provide a more streamlined approach to delivery methods as well as communication with our customers regarding delivery expectations. Normally delivered within a week of despatch our delivery partners ensure all sliding wardrobe doors and contemporary wardrobe interiors arrive to your door undamaged and ready for installation.
